Should I even recall the entire case about Amanda Berry, Michelle Knight AKA Lily Rose Lee and Gina DeJesus, Elisabeth fritzl, Jesse Lee dugard, and Steven stayner (whose family unfortunately one of his brothers was also convicted of a crime) the movie I know my first name is Steven is on UA-cam right now. How law enforcement keeps on patting themselves on the back when clearly there were inequities in holes all through the system that let these people get away with stuff like this for anywhere from 10 to 25 years is beyond me. I know this video is 6 years old, but it’s very important to be out there on the internet. You just never know who you’re going to touch. 😢 Addiction runs rampant in my family. It’s a horrible thing to deal with. I suffer from addiction, 4 years clean 🙏🏼. I was an alcoholic for 25 years, then opiate/fentanyl addict for 11 years. Having my baby saved me thankfully. I was not being the greatest mom when she was a toddler, then I was taking her to kindergarten late, and missing days, so I just said I can’t do this anymore. I absolutely cannot allow my daughter to grow up like this. So I got clean. 🙏🏼 But, every day is a struggle. Not only struggling to stay sober/clean, but a struggle coping with all the pain I caused my family and friends. It’s very very humiliating to be an addict. Everyone needs to take the stigma away from addicts. Stop shaming addicts. NO addict WANTS to be and addict. They need dealt with gently and with care, not criticism. 😢 Thanks for posting this ❤

I have been saying for years that positive thinking and law of attraction is dangerous! I tried it for many years and things only got worse! I have talked to MANY others who also tried it and things got worse for them as well! And it causes deep depression when people do this stuff and take it seriously and expect great things to happen. And when good things never come, it destroys them! it is easier to handle bad things when you are not hyped up expecting to get your desires and expecting good things. SO when people really believe a dream life will manifest, it makes it that much worse on them when nothing good comes and worse when bad things happen instead. Funny thing is they all say you MUST be positive and not negative. Yet being positive and doing these teachings are when the worst things happen to me. And it has always been when I felt angry, depressed and hopeless that anything good at all has happened for me. So it seems they have it backwards. And others have said the same thing. And if one more person says to me all of my desires are in my vibrational vortex I will scream! I cannot go to my landlord and say "hey, the rent check is vibrational and in your vortex"!

This all makes complete sense. I can't say I had a difficult childhood, but it was a lonely, materialistic one. In my adulthood I can see now, why I chose this. It is making more sense by the day. I'm also trying to heal the ancestral lineage, where I can, whilst also creating positive ripple effects as far as I can reach to everyone I come into contact with. It's work that will last my whole life, it's what I chose and I'm so grateful. Best wishes on your path through this life ❤
